I began this blog on February 28, 2014, my 46th birthday, and challenged myself to take a few moments from each day (for 365 days) to reflect on something I am grateful for, something that brings me joy or makes me smile. Mission accomplished. Then 4 years whooshed by and I have started up all this good stuff again at age 51. Here goes...the goal is at least a gratitude post each week. Cheers!

A little construction paper and tape makes it all better
After an annoying Monday at work I came home exhausted. Dominik had made me something in his 2nd grade class...a work of art to be exact. This paper structure was all I needed to put the day behind me. I love my kids' art.
