Weed therapy

After meeting significant disappointment this morning with a personal achievement, I have been in a funk all day.  A few hours ago I made a choice...it was either raiding the frig and kitchen cabinets like a mad women or tackling a garden bed in need of a good weeding.  Now I stand here with a feeling of true accomplishment, and a large pile of weeds.
