Watermelon means summer and the sweet juicy red goodness is like nothing else on earth. I love to eat it morning, noon and night and sometimes I have to wear a bib because of the drippy juice factor.
Grateful for watermelon !!!
Inspired by the 365grateful project by Hailey Bartholomew. I began this blog on February 28, 2014, my 46th birthday, and challenged myself to take a few moments from each day (for 365 days) to reflect on something I am grateful for, something that brings me joy or makes me smile. Mission accomplished. Then 4 years whooshed by and I have started up all this good stuff again at age 51. Here goes...the goal is at least a gratitude post each week. Cheers!
I have never been a huge watermelon fan, but have developed a new love for it in the last couple of years. Fun facts: watermelon is considered both a fruit and a veggie; and watermelon juice can relieve muscle soreness.
