Inspired by the 365grateful project by Hailey Bartholomew.
I began this blog on February 28, 2014, my 46th birthday, and challenged myself to take a few moments from each day (for 365 days) to reflect on something I am grateful for, something that brings me joy or makes me smile. Mission accomplished. Then 4 years whooshed by and I have started up all this good stuff again at age 51. Here goes...the goal is at least a gratitude post each week. Cheers!

Changes
Thought a lot about my sister today who had a first day of work at a new job today. She was returning to the workplace after being a stay at home mom for a long while so it was a big step.
I truly feel that the work of a stay at home mom can be harder and more exhausting than any job in the workplace.
The transition from one to the other is a tough one. Happy that my sister has a new chapter ahead of her to look forward to.
