I began this blog on February 28, 2014, my 46th birthday, and challenged myself to take a few moments from each day (for 365 days) to reflect on something I am grateful for, something that brings me joy or makes me smile. Mission accomplished. Then 4 years whooshed by and I have started up all this good stuff again at age 51. Here goes...the goal is at least a gratitude post each week. Cheers!

Pilsbury does it right
Had a hankering for biscuits-n-gravy, so tonight we invited the Pilsbury Dough Boy over for dinner along with some bacon and eggs. Who said Thursday night dinners had to be boring?
