I began this blog on February 28, 2014, my 46th birthday, and challenged myself to take a few moments from each day (for 365 days) to reflect on something I am grateful for, something that brings me joy or makes me smile. Mission accomplished. Then 4 years whooshed by and I have started up all this good stuff again at age 51. Here goes...the goal is at least a gratitude post each week. Cheers!

Best fruit and veggies on earth
Thankful today that on my way into the Seattle office I had a chance to stop at my favorite outdoor produce market on Rainier and 23rd. Today's purchase consisted of several apples and two large mangoes.
