Thanksmas

Today we had what has traditionally become known as Thanksmas at our place. We invite my sister, Diane over for the day. The tree goes up and we decorate it with Christmas carols playing,

Then we sit down to a traditional Thanksgiving dinner, which today was especially yummy.  Diane and the kids exchange gifts, we get a few strings of lights along the porch outside, and we chat chat and chat some more.  A day I always look forward to...
