Tomorrow marks another chapter in my career...it is the day that I become someone's boss. I am so pleased to have offered the position of Payroll Assistant to a gentleman we interviewed last week. He joins us tomorrow and the payroll team of one becomes a team of two. I am excited about the opportunity to have a staff member reporting to me and to learn the ropes of managing people. It will be a challenge, but I am up for it...and with Michael as my role model how can I go wrong?
