I began this blog on February 28, 2014, my 46th birthday, and challenged myself to take a few moments from each day (for 365 days) to reflect on something I am grateful for, something that brings me joy or makes me smile. Mission accomplished. Then 4 years whooshed by and I have started up all this good stuff again at age 51. Here goes...the goal is at least a gratitude post each week. Cheers!

Simply, my pillow
After working 11 straight hours today on a tight deadline and knowing that tomorrow will likely be much the same, I am simply grateful to lay my head down on my lumpy, tie-died covered pillow tonight.
A pillow and the chance to close my eyes are two things I am often grateful for as well!
