I began this blog on February 28, 2014, my 46th birthday, and challenged myself to take a few moments from each day (for 365 days) to reflect on something I am grateful for, something that brings me joy or makes me smile. Mission accomplished. Then 4 years whooshed by and I have started up all this good stuff again at age 51. Here goes...the goal is at least a gratitude post each week. Cheers!

Pottery
Friday night and all we wanted to do is veg out on the couch this evening. But...a month ago I volunteered to help tonight at a pottery fund raiser for Alice's 5th grade camp.
Lots of folks showed up and painted stuff, then someone would bake in the kiln. It was actually kind of fun and I was impressed with all the great art!
Still got home early enough for an hour or so of serious couch potato time.
