We were told when we moved into our home 14 yrs ago that since we were so close to one of the biggest hospitals in the county we would seldom lose power. I guess we are on the same power line or grid, sharing the same main electrical resource. Well, truth be told , in the last 14 years we have yet to be without electricity...even once!
